It’s time to start looking forward to another camping trip. Laid-Back Camp Season 4 will begin airing in Japan in April 2027, the anime’s official website announced on November 6. A new main trailer and promotional visual accompanied the announcement, offering a look at the next chapter of Nadeshiko, Rin, and their friends’ outdoor adventures.

The new visual gathers eight characters at a campsite, including newcomers Ema and Mei alongside familiar faces. The trailer follows the Outdoor Activities Club’s efforts to attract new members, while also making room for camping scenes and food. The official announcement promises that the expanded group will retain the atmosphere fans already know.

There are familiar voices behind the music, too. Asaka, Eri Sasaki, and Kiminone return to provide the season’s opening, ending, and series themes, with all three songs featured in the new trailer. Director Shin Tosaka also returns following Season 3, while animation production is handled by Furyu Pictures.

For anyone whose watchlist is overflowing with battles, mysteries, and cliffhangers, another season of camping offers an appealing change of pace. Sometimes the next adventure you want is simply a trip with friends, something warm to eat, and a quiet place to enjoy the view.
